I have now brought two Polaris Rangers here and I can't say enough great things about Cuyler and his team. After years of going to other local, much larger service companies, (I won't name names) the difference is night and day. It's difficult these days to find a shop that ACTUALLY cares. Whether it's stopping what he's doing to take a test ride with me or taking extra time to research an issue I'm having, Cuyler and his team find the root cause of an issue by using experience and research. And if something doesn't work out, they'll make it right. I'm my experience, I have never been over charged or over-serviced (recommending services/repairs not needed). Having the confidence in Capital City allows me to say "do what you need to do it right" and not worry about unnecessary parts or labor; Unfortunately, a rare find these days. Im not being compensated in any way for this review. If you're looking for a shop for your off-road toy, motorcycle, etc., give them try; You won't regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about Cuyler and the service team at Capitol City Motorsports! Every time I bring my machine in, Cuyler takes great care of it and makes sure the job is done right. He’s professional, straightforward, and always keeps me updated on what’s going on with my bike. Whether it’s routine maintenance or bigger repairs, Cuyler’s attention to detail and commitment to quality really stand out. It’s clear he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. He will help you repair things instead of trying to upsell new parts. This is something that is hard to find these days. If you need any kind of service work done, I highly recommend Capitol City Motorsports — Cuyler is the best motorcycle mechanic in Springfield!

I had broken down and I'm not from Springfield and they accommodated me in a tough spot. They were busy and still helped. He even stayed pasted his hours to finish helping me. And he didn't charge me an exorbitant amount. I highly recommend them. Thank u guys!
